speciality :
Large volumes: our production structures,
large in size, are able to supply you a large volume with the same
quality, with markets to be delivered for the year.
Our grape supply area covers almost all of the
Gers’ vineyards and guarantees volume whatever the climatology.
Quality guarantee : we guarantee constant
quality throughout the year. In order to obtain these results we have
equipped ourselves with :
Technical means : temperature regulated
stainless steel fermentation cellar, isotherm buildings, chiller and
heater units.
Human means : 3 technical directors, 13 full-time oenologists
including 3 vine specialist, working
on 5 vinification sites, assisted upstream by 7 wine-makers. During vinification periods, these technical teams are
reinforced by outside oenologists. We can supply fined, filtered or
stabilised wines, wines ready for bottling, dry or sweetened wines.
The qualitative follow-up from one year to the
next is guaranteed by our very vast supply area and by our 5 vinification sites.
Computerized follow-up : computerized traceability implemented in
the cellars follows up harvest and must entries, vinifications
(extraction chain, treatment...), storage and treatment of wines.
The final aim is to go back to the vineyard : plot, variety,
soil, crop spraying treatments, cultivation work, fertiliser, ....
Price guarantee : our prices are fixed by
harvest and never suffer large variations from one year to the next.
We design Made-to-Measure: partnerships,
adapting to the customer’s needs.
